Collar GNSS, phone location, anonymous detection and last-known position remain separately labeled with time and accuracy.

The concept minimizes and encrypts detections, narrows an uncertainty area and never exposes a finder identity, device marker or movement path.

Private by default.
Nearby dog profiles and care sharing are opt-in. Owners choose what appears, to whom and for how long.
